Increase of stromal connective tissue and decrease of developing follicles were observed in the ovaries in comparison with the control. Proliferation of interseminiferous tubule counective tissue in testes of the treated animals was also revealed. The livers were affected with histological lesions of degeneration, focal necrosis and fibrosis. |
